Agreement
By requesting service from TWO4U LLC you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not request our services. These terms apply to all towing, recovery, jump start, lockout, tire, fuel delivery, and related roadside services we provide.
Service requests
When you call 615.979.0966 or submit a request, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or an authorized party with the legal right to request the service. You agree to provide accurate location, vehicle, and contact information.
Pricing and payment
- Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if conditions, distance, or vehicle status differ on arrival.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless we have arranged otherwise. We accept major cards and other listed payment methods.
- Storage fees, after hours fees, and additional labor may apply for impound, recovery, or extended jobs.
Cancellations and no shows
If a truck has already been dispatched, a service call fee may apply for cancellations or no shows. We will let you know if a fee applies before charging.
Customer responsibilities
- Stay in a safe location and follow our driver's instructions on arrival.
- Remove valuables and personal items before the vehicle is loaded.
- Disclose any modifications, leaks, low clearance, or special handling needs before the truck arrives.
Liability
We carry full commercial insurance and follow industry best practices for safe towing and recovery. Our liability is limited to the direct, documented damage caused by our negligence and is capped at the value of the service performed or the limits of our insurance, whichever is greater.
We are not responsible for pre existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to our work, items left inside the vehicle, or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Property left in vehicles
Vehicles stored with us may be inspected for safety. Personal property left in a stored vehicle remains the responsibility of the owner. Unclaimed vehicles are subject to Tennessee lien and disposal laws.
Service area and availability
We serve Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities around the clock. Response times depend on traffic, weather, and call volume.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.
